AWS SDK version 2 and version 3 on same site

Hey guys, I am new to programming for wordpress and writing a Amazon S3 plugin. I have things working pretty well using the amazon SDK version 3 but when I put it on a site running the amazon web services plugin running version 2 it breaks. Is there a way to force my plugin to only use the SDK files under my plugin directory and not the v2 SDK that the amazon web services is running?
