• Hi Team

Do you guys provide support for AWS Video storage? We want to manage our recorded sessions from AWS Video Storage service & provide access to customers by email before Webinar.

    Looking forward.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Yes, you can store your pre-recorded videos in AWS and use the video URL in webinarpress as your webinar source. Webinar confirmation emails contain a unique webinar URL that will allow attendees to automatically logged in to the webinar.

We do have a demo site available where you can test webinarpress functionality. It will help you better understand how it works.

Let me know if I can assist you with anything else.

    Hi

Thank you so much for answering my questions.

Also would like to know if WebinarPress supports the following features:

    1. Does Webinar send a feedback form to students/customers after webinar completion? If not, does your plugin provide hooks to customize it?

    2. Suppose if we go with Zoom integration, can we set up recorded videos within Zoom Webinar? Also, would that video be resourced through AWS S3?

    3. Also would like to know if your plugin provides support for scoring or points based on attended webinars.

    Best Regards,
    TorontoDigits Team

    I answered your questions below.

    1. Does Webinar send a feedback form to students/customers after webinar completion? If not, does your plugin provide hooks to customize it?

WebinarPress does not send a feedback form. Though we have a Poll function that you can implement within the webinar room.
There is an action available that gets triggered when an attendee attends the webinar.

    2. Suppose if we go with Zoom integration, can we set up recorded videos within Zoom Webinar? Also, would that video be resourced through AWS S3?
Zoom is designed for live events so it does not have a feature that will allow you to broadcast prerecorded video.

    3. Also would like to know if your plugin provides support for scoring or points based on attended webinars.
I’m afraid WebinarPress does not have that kind of functionality.
