• The AWS S3 plugin doesn’t work on backend and frontend. I get “Invalid backend configuration. Readable volumes not available.”
But my S3 is ok, in the same S3 updraft is connected without problem. There are only 4 boxes to fill in, I know how to connect to S3, but test all possible configurations of these four boxes.
Documentation on the site is almost non-existent, only describing how to fill in the 4 fields to connect to S3/DigitalOcean (this is generally known) and nothing else.
Plugin can’t check configuration, there is no button to test connection with S3/Digital Ocean. Most solutions where you establish any connections are such a button. I’m very disappointed. Support wants to meet with me, but can’t even answer my email quickly and well. He answers once a day or rarely.
I made a support ticket on Saturday and until today there is no answer. Could you help me with it?`

There is a new WP installation, up to date. Default WP theme, only 5 plugin,
    Limit Login Attempts Reloaded
    Query Monitor
    Updraft – deactivated
WP File Manager – Digital Ocean
    WP File Manager – PRO

    Nothing unusual.
Updraft can connect to the same S3 bucket from the same WP (for backup) .
How can I diagnose the S3 DO plugin?

    Yes, Thank you for answer.
We met for 10 minut, but with no positive result, the plugin still doesn’t work.
I remember you said (on Wednesday when we met) we would meet on Monday. Monday is almost over and you don’t say anything. Two weeks after I bought it( pro + S3) plugin doesn’t work and I have no refund and no help.

    Hi @malik15

Thanks for being patient and apologies for not being able to revert you on Monday.

We have investigated the integration part from our environment and the Digital Ocean add-on is working fine. We would suggest you to please check your settings and review the integration of the storage bucket with the plugin.

We are sharing a document with you on how to create the spaces for your region in the Digital Ocean. Kindly follow the steps shown in the document and it should work for you.
