We are using WordPress – 5.4.1

Can you try to log in to AWS Console and open Polly Service and see if you can use it from there?

thank you. it’s working now. it was permission issue from aws.

His solution probably won’t help you – because this error message can mean multiple different thing. First of all I would advice to check if your AWS account is actually working – check if you can ‘play’ with Polly service in AWS Console. If yes, then confirm if you have got correct IAM policy assigned to your user.

@tstachlewski thanks for the quick response. I have tried everything suggested on the threads related to this topic. I am able to play the polly service and I also confirmed that I have the right IAM policies. I have disabled password keychains as well. Happy to share screenshots if needed. Any help will be appreciated.

I am not storying it in s3 or CloudFront, and not creating any policy as follow the above link.
could you guide me?
