AWS Lightsail WordPress stopped working

I created a WordPress site on AWS’s Lightsail last year. It worked fine except having to reboot every few days due to site freezing.

I haven’t worked on the site in months so when I tried to access the site yesterday it wouldn’t pull up so I rebooted the server. No luck. I’m using Let’s Encrypt so I followed these instructions thinking the cert had expired. https://www.seahorse-data.com/how-to-renew-the-lets-encrypt-certificate-on-bitnami-aws/

That didn’t help either. I do have a snapshot from March of this year which did work so not sure what the issue is. Any help would be appreciated. (if I need to upload logs please be specific about location since I’m not a Linux person ??
