• Got it to display polls…then it doesn’t want to display polls. Wrestled with this for far too long.

    Hi,

Have you tried to contact our support service?

    Thank you for your feedback.

No, because (1) I didn’t purchase the paid version, and (2) the UI is simple enough that it should just work without having to go through support.

Free support is offered also for the free version.

The UI is simple but there may be a conflict with a third party plugin or with the theme styles. There is no way to prevent that but our support service can help you to find a solution.

    Hi,

Could you please at least provide info about the problem that you are getting so we can address it and avoid that issue for other users?

We will appreciate any feedback that may help to improve the plugin.

    Thank you!

    Sure:

WP 4.1 with (presumably) latest version of plugin.

Multiple polls on a single page appear to be fine. But if subsequent edits are made to the polls and/or draft page, the polls fail to appear. Surprisingly, removing all but one poll may or may not make the poll reappear on the page.

There was one other poll plugin present, that I deactivated and deleted. Still could not make the polls reappear on a single page after repeated attempts.

Have you tried changing the settings field “Limit votes to:” to “Don’t limit votes” ?

Note that the default behavior is to limit the votes to one per user to avoid altering the poll results but that can be changed by setting the field “Limit votes to:” to “Don’t limit votes”.

Please check that and let me know any comments.

    Thank you!

Actually, I did try changing the “Limit votes to:” field.

I’ll look again, but it won’t be for a couple of days as I don’t want to disturb the current poll that’s up.

How can you give this plugin a 1-star rating and then continue to use it?

Actually, I ended up going with WP-Polls. Could never get this plugin to work correctly.
