• This plugin has quite a few issues, but what makes it really bad is that the support is just awful. You can open multiple tickets & most of the time no one bothers acknowledging the email or in replying. I have sent in multiple emails via their contact form for a refund but every time they ask for more time. I have multiple issues open with them with no follow up done on their end & have finally just decided to plug on this one. As a developer, I expected some respect for my time. Extraordinarily slow & unprofessional.
    The UI too is just OK, nothing out-of-the-ordinary & tends to have a lot of bugs.
    The top-notch support that they claim to have on their website is a big fat lie. I am still to hear back in the refund I have applied for.

  • Wow. Wish I had read your review before going to Pro. Running into the same issue. The “contact form” is terrible. The only feedback I got was to give me a set of instructions i was already following. I’m guessing they won’t honor my request for my $ back.

    Time is $ and it’s time to move on. Learner’s mistakes.

    Being fair and coming back here. Worked with them again and got my issue resolved. It was actually simple enough. I was frustrated by the support ticketing system. I’d still recommend they just communicate with us thru normal email once a ticket is opened rather than their very restrictive support ticketing system so that you can send snapshots of your issues.

    However, more importantly, I got a resolution so I retract the above statement from 6 weeks ago.
