• Awful support. No response on any tickets – only automated messages to check the knowledgebase and occasional automated emails saying that my ticket will be closed because they haven’t heard back from ME.
    I rather like the styles in this plugin but the filter doesn’t work, the style is messed up, and there is only one level filtering. So, the dropdown/search will have the same options as what is above. Also when filtering, selecting a different filter option doesn’t clear the filter before it, you have to deselect before applying a different filter. You can choose more than one filter, but it adds the results together rather than reduce results. I guess that could work for someone, I don’t know who. Not very logical.
    Overall I feel very limited in what I am able to do with this plugin.
