AWFUL PLUGIN WITH AWFUL SUPPORT!

  • I have no idea why this plugin gets positive reviews at all! I bought the plugin thinking the AI feature would be great but it wasn’t. For no reason the product randomly crashes! I have worked on at least three slides and spent hours perfecting them and then out of no where it crashes and all of my changes are lost! I contacted support about this and they did absolutely nothing. I sent them logs and even gave them access to my site and they just dropped the ball on it. It is extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this product. I’m getting my money back and happy to go back to Revolution Slider which is way more reliable. I’ve used it for years with no issues!

  • Same problem here. I also have to return to Rev Slider. Support is awful.

    Exact same problem with the plugin and support….awful! Bugs, issues, crashes and no response from support. its not fit for purpose, as Vimeo and YouTube videos do not play as backgrounds in sliders and when they do…crash.
