AWFUL! NO SUPPORT

I sent several emails to support – I use easy media gallery on a site where they have near 500 items! I need help to update to WP 4 AND to update easy media gallery latest PRO version that is compatible with WP 4. Cannot take the risk to break it.

I asked support what the best way to do that – twice – NO REPLY!

I wanted to test how it would work on a test site – cannot do that either because it does not take my license (since the license is already under another domain) so I AM STUCK!

HELP!
