• Really confusing interface lacking the obvious controls like ‘send now’. I’ve been trying to find the control for sending to subscribers marked test for two days and still can’t find it (I saw it somewhere).

And there seems to be no support.

Won’t be buying and I’ll be uninstalling the plugin.

    Hi,

we’re sorry if you found the user interface confusing, we are putting a lot of efforts in ux/ui improvements but there’s always room for refinements. So thankyou for your feedback even if we’re a little sad about the 1 star..hope you’re willing to give our plugin another try in the future.

Anyway: there’s a “Save and test” button on the newsletter editing panel that save progresses and send the newsletter to the test recipients you’ve chosen.
Also, may I ask where did you ask for support?

    Thanks a lot,
    Michael

Sorry Micheal, but I still don’t see any send and test in the newsletter edit. The controls are ‘back’ and ‘Save.’

And where is there a ‘send now’ button?

Apologies if I got frustrated, and I appreciate I’m using the free version.

    Hello,

    don’t worry : )
You can find a “save and test” and a “send” button when you are composing a new newsletter: click “new newsletter”, then select a theme, then click “proceed to edit” and there are you are. Old newsletter are not meant to be resent, hence you don’t find those buttons there. But you can always copy your html in a brand new newsletter.

    Regards,
    Michael

p.s. Since you are actually receiving support and since you do appreciate the free plugin, maybe a 1-star review isn’t really reflecting your user experience, don’t you agree ? : )
