Awful designs and long config process

I really do not rate this plugin at all. The designs are hideous and lead to an excessive amount of custom CSS, enough that it would have been quicker to code the entire thing from scratch, the fact that you can’t preview the settings you are choosing from the admin panel is a really bad UX oversight.
If you have no design or coding experience and aren’t concerned about brand aesthetics and are instead concerned about how many features you can select for no reason then this is for you, if you’re looking for a good pop-up plugin this is 100% not the one.
Disappointing from these guys, normally they’re very good.

Each module you design has a build-in preview button next to Publish button to see your changes. Of course, this will not work for “Visibility Rules” as this is a backend and you cannot test for example: “Page Templates/Pages/Posts” or any other Conditions.
Please note end-users of Hustle and almost 60 000 plugins in the WP repository are also no design or coding experience users, like bloggers for example. Following this path, we need to understand them and give them an easy and useful tool.
When it comes to features we have, we have many requests each year and based on that our developers choose which have more sense when using pop-ups on site.
As for custom coding and customizing from scratch, we have many pre-built templates which can also help to hit the main goal of your pop-up. Again, with templates, we also take into account that the end-user could be a person who has less coding experience.
I hope you understand this point of view.
