At first, we would like to mention that we neither received such an issue before from any of our users nor encountered it locally. So it seems that the issue may be occurring because the store in which the plugin is/was active might not be built as per the standard WooCommerce integration or some customization might have been implemented.
Also, it seems that you haven’t contacted us for the issue resolution before posting the review, if you have simply contacted us then we could have helped. And directly posting a negative review without trying to get a solution is not the best practice.
So here we would request you to activate, create a new support request, and share the site URL so that we could help you regarding the reported issue. Then you could consider upgrading the plugin’s rating.
