The idea behind this tool is great. No waiting to download. Just transfer from server, or favorite storage. Great thoughts. I contacted customer support with a small bug in the Free Plugin and they treated me with kindness, courtesy, and respect and worked until it was solved. Great people and great product. I recommend this plugin for backup or migration or cloning the WordPress site of your choice.
