Awesome Theme and Unmatched Support

Only five stars? There should be more for this type of excellence. This is without a doubt the best theme available. I mean no disrespect to the other developers out there but, IMHO Emil and his Responsive Theme are in a league all their own. So easy to install and use, and the addition of a doesn’t slow or compromise this theme’s performance.

One feature I was really impressed with is the Responsive Child Theme which acts as kind of a double for the main theme. Without it when updates are released you would lose everything you had put time and effort into due to the theme being updated. That alone gets an A+ from me.

The support should be taught worldwide. I am no coder by any means; but I get by, and I was having a few issues with my slider plugin. The support I received from Emil is just stellar. I never once felt like I was being a pain and even though I’m sure he could spot one of lesser know how – he never made me feel inadequate. Super polite, very approachable, lightning fast responses, and thorough in helping me with what I needed.

The theme really is the best out there but what’s even more exceptional is the support. He makes you feel like you’re speaking with a long time friend – Emil really gets it!
