  • There are, and will always be, problems in this world; but with patience, understanding and communication MakeWebBetter has demonstrated how easily these can be navigated together.

    While our interactions did start off a bit rocky, primarily because I had just came into a new environment in which it took a bit of challenge to get used to, the MWB team (specifically Nitika and Akansha) provided outstanding support and assistance with the plugin!

    In spite of not having a contractual obligation towards us, they were more than happy to help us out with various queries and issues (mostly caused from our own errors) – great patience and willingness to help.

    Furthermore, upon requesting customisations and particularities for our deployment, they promptly came up with solutions and delivered them in a professional manner.

    Lastly, the plugin itself works wonders for us: we’re now leveraging all the relevant information we require from our website in HubSpot. Sales and management are delighted!
