Awesome Surveys does not work

Awesome surveys starts up ok but when I hit “Start Building’ I just get a white screen and nothing happens. (https://www.mysite.nl/wp-admin/admin.php)
I see it has not been tested with WP 4.1.1., but I read several reviews of people using it succesfully on 4.1.1.Anybody?
