    Hello Team

    I am having issues and submitted a ticket here and on the webiste as paying customer.

    Non of the issues have been addressed or even read in some cases. It has been days with no support. If you are looking for paying customers for a support plugin the support has to be good.

    Please assist

    @yeisonbp do you have any idea who is in charge of the project? It seems like bad reviews are going to sink the free version just because the premium support is not catching up. We have had pure radio silence and ended up getting a chargeback from PayPal, as our automatic renewal didn’t even stop the licenses from expiring.

    It would be very sad to see a good project suffer like that from what seems like and abandonment of the premium clients.
