AWESOME SUPPORT – ABOVE AND BEYOND

Whenever I find an issue where anything at all isn’t working as expected, or the Seraphinite plugin doesn’t work nicely with another plugin, often within minutes of my request, I get a live-person response requesting any other information they need to fix the issue. Sometimes, the fix is straightforward, and they get me a solution (usually a change in settings), or sometimes, it is complex (eCommerce issues), and it may take them a few attempts to dial in a fix. Still, they are relentless and stay on top until the problem is fixed!
