I ran into a very difficult trouble. The Breadcrumb for one category of products were displaying incorrectly. It was the support team that located the problem, which was a conflict between sheeteditor and a third party plugin. I know it’s not easy. Usually the experience is the support team will ask user to go to support team of that third-party plugin. Whereas in sheeteditor, she took the initiative to solve it herself by testing. That’s a sign of professionalism. She even used to make videos for me to help me understand and fix the problem. This is unique in the support system for all plugins. I think she should be highlighted and receive a commendation.
