Awesome service

First of when I installed Goodbye Captcha I was not sure of the settings I emailed the team to find out and in turn they sent me an email asking if I was using the plugin for BuddyPress in reply yes I am I was informed that the plugin on its own was not compatible so I then deactivated the main plugin I received another email asking me if I would like to keep using Goodbye Captcha I said yes I received the next email with the extension I was asked to reactivate the main plugin upload the extension and that I would see another button show up (BuddyPress) I was asked to test the plugin and wait until I had received an email from doing a test run by signing up to the forum (myself)

I had then received an email telling me the plugin was safe to activate it worked like a charm.

The response time from the team to help me out was awesome.
I use this plugin now on my other sites I have not had an issue with spam bots when you go into the back panel you can see the main plugin in action.
