    Too bad their premium version of plugin lacks below features, but their support is very helpful and prompt and I hope that one day they add these futures so we can upgrade:

    – Support for multiple boxes per SKU
    – Edit # of boxes before creating the shipment/printing labels
    – Edit pick-up date before creating the shipment/printing labels

    Thanks for your review and for the features you have recommended.

    But can you please clarify ‘Support for multiple boxes per SKU’ scenario a bit more ? because we already have box packing algorithm in our premium version. And both other two features are already in our future enhancement list.

    Hi!

    You have a nice packing algorithm indeed! But…: it does not account for scenarios where 1 product SKU consists of multiple packages, e.g.:

    SKU #4083
    Box 1 -> 122x71x11 cm (25 kg)
    Box 2 -> 140x30x12 cm (15 kg)

    The problem actually lies in WooCommerce, because they do not have a native field for ‘boxes’ or ‘packages’. It’s only weight and dimensions… -> https://screencast.com/t/ZYNqAzlLL

    Perhaps it would be possible to add an extra field to this Shipping form for “No. of Packages”. But if that is too complicated (which I can imagine!), an nice alternative would be to edit the amount of boxes before creating the shipment/printing labels. That would solve it!

    Btw: I really appreciate how you guys listen to your users. Your support is stellar! I am looking forward to future updates ??

    Yes, Its tricky to handle 1 product to be packed in multiple boxes scenario.

    As an alternative, In the premium version of the plugin, we have weight based packing. Products will be split into multiple boxes based on Max weight. Refer the documentation.

    We will keep enhancing the plugin to have more Packing options in future.
