Awesome Plugin – INCREDIBLE SUPPORT!!

I’ve been using Formidable Forms Business Edition for several years, but only recently began to delve into the depths of what this amazing plugin can do. I learn by “diving in” and praying I don’t drown, which is equally exhilarating?and terrifying when your slinging code for paying customers. I ran into a time-sensitive issue with some invoice PFD generation functionality and contacted the Formidable support team for help. After 30 years of slinging code of all kinds, I was amazed by my customer support experience. The support team was incredibly responsive and patient during a two-day see-saw email exchange which culminated in success. At the trough of my struggles, a support engineer (Kolhan) even sent me a video screen shot which saved the day – and my ass…. I highly recommend Formidable Forms for its outstanding feature/functionality and INCREDIBLE support!
