Awesome plugin; even better support!

The plugin works just great, and has more flexibility and customization than is apparent on first using it. I love it, and it does everything I need.

But more than just a great plugin, the author provides some of the best technical support I have experienced in the WP community. I cannot say enough about the level of excellence, the ability to listen to the issue, the willingness to resolve issues (even complex issues), and the professionalism and polite approach of their team.
