Awesome plugin, even better support

The AO plugin has really helped speed up my blog and made a big difference. When I had an issue recently, I posted in the support forum and had a response in minutes. Their clear instructions (with a bit of humor thrown in) helped me solve the problem quickly, after waiting multiple days for a response from the other premium plugin that was having issues.
