Awesome Plugin and Exceptional Support

I’m using the latest version of WordPress but not the latest version of WooCommerce in one of my website installations and with the latest update, because WooCommerce 1.6 supports shipping zones, the plugin stopped working at my end.

Between the time I have reported the fault until I got it solved with an updated version of the plugin from the developer took just a couple of hours. The first response from the developer was in less than half hour, what is awesome.

Talking about the plugin itself, it is in my opinion the best one out there as it is widely customisable allowing you to select or deselect almost every imaginary field from the database in a very intuitive way, as well as filter specific results to be exported straight away.

You can also have scheduled exports what is great if you need to send order data to another person/shipping company and want to have less input with the backend of the website as possible.
