• This is an excellent collaborative plugin to manage tickets for any product or organisation level tasks. Its really neat and stable. I have interacted with the author (Pradeep) of the plugin for some help. His response has been very professional and to the point. I have purchased the pro version and I am over satisfied with the plugin and support.
    Waiting to see many more plugins from Pradeep.

    Few thoughts on future enhancements to enrich this plugin:
    1. Feedback on tickets (e.g. rating on support agent, like or up/down vote on ticket)
    2. Deletion of tickets by Admin or supervisor using GUI control
    3. Assignment of tickets to individual agents by supervisor
    4. Assignments of agents based on categories
    5. Escalation work-flow and controls

    etc.
