Just wanted to say that the customer support team has continued to do an EXCELLENT job helping me customize every part of my site. They’ve handled every request with speed and professionalism, and I couldn’t be more impressed!

I was a little hesitant to try out ProfilePress because of the rating, but from what I’ve read, that’s because a couple years ago they went through a pivot/rebrand that their customers at the time weren’t happy about. As a membership plugin, my experience has been nothing but positive. Of course there is a learning curve, but once I got comfortable navigating everything I’ve been nothing but impressed. In the rare case that I couldn’t figure how to do exactly what I wanted, customer support was quick to respond and wrote me a custom code to resolve my issue.
Overall I strongly recommend ProfilePress, especially since so much of it is completely free (although for those who need a little bit more functionality, the premium version has been great!)
