    For more enterprise-level needs for monitoring, THIS is the plugin to use. Others, we found, use too many resources and slow down your site. With extensive testing, we found WP Security Audit Log to be the perfect fit. We also, for example, set up feeds to slack so that we have notifications happen right where we need it.
