Just an "okay" plugin

Okay, I had originally given this plugin 5 stars but I after installing and applying just the standard post templates to my homepage, I was a bit disappointed. For one, there’s not even a “Read More” link available in the standard/basic plugin package. I find it very odd to have to upgrade to Pro just to get a “read more” link to display in the template, as I’m not able to simply add it due to the template restrictions. I shouldn’t have to go in and manually tweak the php template itself as I’m not that savvy in the language. For instance, the excerpt in the slider post on my homepage just cuts off without even displaying “read more.” Visually for a visitor, it just looks like it’s a mistake as if I didn’t finish a sentence or something or I left something off.

So this is my BIGGEST negative about this plugin. For simple features such as a “Read More” link, this should automatically be added into the basic template.
