Support. NON EXISTENT

  • I have spent the last hour reading everything I can find on how to submit a support request for a bug in the system. His website says only a Support ticket system is available BUT REALITY IS NOT EVEN THAT IS AVAILABLE.
    WHERE IS THE SUPPORT TICKET SYSTEM LINK??

    There is a support system. It is used everyday by users to submit tickets.

    Sorry Calum That’s the most crap support contact system I have ever come across. I don’t have time nor am I interested in going around and around to maybe get to some damn ticket system. And why should I?
    YOU have bugs in my system. Your Q & A is not going to answer the questions.
    You have also shut down your forum so that’s out, come really???
    I need to submit pictures so you can easily see what is going on.
    Give me a link to a ticket system, PLEASE!!
