    Absolutely awesome online support. I hit a snag with my site about not showing meta data – the date, author etc – on each post. I was writing a message to the Placid support team and as I typed, up popped an online conversation box where I could chat in real time to a support crew member who worked my problem out right there and then.
    Now this is AWESOME support. I honestly didn’t expect such top support and will now be sticking with Placid and Paragon.
    I also love the simplicity of the theme itself, which is perfect for what I use it for.
