This is a really nice plugin. Probably the best of its kind right now, we tried different ones, and they all had some issues. We have it up and running in a very high traffic site with over 15K registered users and it has worked without a hiccup.
Just recently it got a new update which made it even better supporting WPDizcuss (Our discussion system) and Gravatar (When available) the absence of these two were its weakest links and this is now covered.
Great work with the plugin @arielhr1987 and thanks a bunch for the fantastic job, keep up the good work!
