Awesome header doesn't work with Responsive Brix theme

  • Tried for a couple of hours and followed the instructions to get Awesome Sticky Header to work with my site and it doesn’t look like it’s compatible with the Responsive Brix free theme. Tried to contact Code Canyon’s support but get a login error every time even though I have the right username and password. Sure wish they had better support.

    it’s a temporary one at https://www.1af.bd7.myftpupload.com. And I bought the premium version through Code Canyon.

    Can’t even login at the awesomeheader site. Today I even tried a WP default theme (twenty fifteen) and it brought up the site the same way as multiple other themes did, i.e., no graphics and each portion of the homepage listed top to bottom in text format.
    Does anyone know of a similar plugin I can get that will actually work? I’m past the deadline on finishing the site for a client and need something that is plug and play.

    Can’t do FTP as I don’t have access due to client restrictions. And how do I delete the comments I made about the free version I couldn’t find any way to do it.? As for Awesome Sticky Header, I’ve basically switched back full time to Joomla as it can do a lot more in a lot less time than WP but I can put it on another site I do have access to if that would help.

    @mweber54 I’ve just tried it with the Responsive Brix theme and Awesome Sticky Header works just fine.
