• A feature which is really missing from that tool is an ‘update ignore’ for a selected type of update (either plugin or theme) for a selected site.
Let me explain why; many people modify the code inside a theme to custom it, same for plugins. But once you update either of them your customs disappear.
So you have to ignore updates for modified plugins or themes.

Updating everything from MainWP becomes so easy that you may click ‘update all’ for all your sites and all update types, and accidentally update a customized theme or plugin.
That’s why I’d like to be able to select an update to ignore in each sites’ settings. So that when I click ‘update all’ from the the MainWP dashboard, it updates everything but the ignored-selected themes and plugins.

    Hi @benp6,

First, let me thank you for your kind words.

Your feature request is actually something that MainWP already supports.

On the MainWP > Updates page, when there is an available update for the item that you don’t want to update, you can click the Ignore button which adds the item on the list of updates that you don’t want to update. You can ignore items per site or globally.

Please check these help documents for instructions on how you can achieve this.
