• Resolved Eli

    Hello developer.

I’m looking forward at purchasing your pro version, we are already using it on our site and it looks fantastic, it is however causing some issues in our Backend which we would love to see resolved before we buy.

We thought the problem was caused by another plugin we used, however upon contacting support for that plugin here’s the answer we received from them:

    Support wrote:

“WP Easy Poll PRO” plugin is causing the issue with icons in admin side.
And “BasePress” plugin is causing the issue with tabs in admin side.
Those plugins should enqueue their scripts and styles out of their scope. Please disable those plugin or ask those plugin developer to keep their plugin CSS/JS within their plugin scope.

At the moment we have to disable BasePress whenever we want to run specific maintenance tasks on our backend due to this issue. Do you think this could be corrected?

    Thanks for your time.
    -Eli

  • Hi Eli,

BasePress should already enqueue its CSS/JS only in pages where it runs.
If you can tell me which plugin it is conflicting with I’ll be happy to have a look at it. Is it a plugin I can download from somewhere and test?
You can also contact me at support at 8bitsinarow dot com so I can open a ticket for you and see how we can fix this.

    Thanks

This is what I call “Awesome support for a product” in less than 3 hours the developer fixed the issue and updated the plugin for everyone.

    Thank you @8bitsinarow
