Aweber integration: pass Subscription Source URL and parameters?

Previously the HTML form we had on the site passed the URL and the parameters to Aweber, so that we would see the Subscription Source data getting populated in Aweber (and it would mention “Filled out a sign up form”) – but now that we’re using Contact form 7 with the Aweber add-on it only says “Added via API”.

I would like to be able to pass the URL and paramters so we get more details into Aweber. Possible?
