Away with Hello Dolly, let us have a green tip on the dashboard

I thought it would be a good idea to remove the “Hello Dolly” plugin, and instead have something useful. My idea is to make a plugin that gives WordPress users a tip to have in their back of the head the next time they do something. Even the smallest tip can make a differense, when we are in the thousands.

Maybe we could have something from this service, or something similar. That way we will have a fresh tip every day. It should be fairly easy to make the plugin as well. An option to display this tip to the readers could also be an idea.
