Away mode with passworded posts

  • It seems that away mode also blocks users from opening Protected posts. Is this the case? I can insert the password to get to a post on the public interface (not talking about the dashboard).

    Any way to get around it? I am using the free version of your app.

    Perhaps I can describe it better.

    I had the away mode set to stop people logging into the dashboard of the website from 1a.m. to 7a.m. (The iThemes security site says: Disable access to the WordPress Dashboard on a schedule.)

    We have posts that are password-protected.

    When the Away Mode was in place, a website visitor could not type in the password in the box.

    It would just flip back to the homepage.

    I don’t think it did this in the previous version. Or at least no one complained. Now two people have so I have disabled this feature.
