Migrating WordPress to a different host

So somehow I have a WordPress page (that I love). We are interested in moving to a different host, but I don’t understand how WordPress is setup and I don’t want to lose my site (arts.epochproductions.com). When I try to log directly into WordPress I get an error that my account doesn’t exist. . . . do I have to move it somehow? It IS a WordPress site, but not clear on how that’s setup and how to move . . . help anyone?
