AVS + CVV Filters Issues

I am a Tempus/Fiserv customer that was recently switched from Payeezy to Clover.?
I have activated and configured my Clover account and the Clover Payments for Woocommerce plugin.
In testing the new setup, I am experiencing issues with the AVS?+ CVV filters activated in my Clover dashboard under Ecommerce Fraud Tools. ?
When “address not provided” is checked in the AVS filters, I receive the “address not provided” error message, even if the billing address and credit card information is correct.?
When “address not provided” is unchecked, I am able to place an order, even when CVV or address information is incorrect. So credit card information with incorrect information is not being voided by the filter system.
This is a major problem because our ecommerce site is not currently protected from fraudulent orders.
Please advise on how to fix this issue.
