Avoid white background when iframe loads

Hi,

I want to avoid the white background while an iframe loads.

There are various lines of code that hide iframes until they are fully loaded, thus preventing the highly annoying white flash when moving from page to page. However I am not sure where to insert the code and into which template!

Has anyone done this before and can you advise me on where to place the code?
