Avoid URL or Email in Ninja Form

Hi, thanks for your plugin.

I want to know if exist some method to “AVOID WRITE URL (http, https, www) and EMAIL ADRESSES” on Text Area Field or Message into a contact form.

Maybe do you have some code to put into functions.php or other file to avoid messages with url or emails?, only allow writing text.
