Avoid translation for certain words

Hi, I have some issues with using the plugin.
When it comes the time to translate, it also translates e-mail addresses, treating them like they r simple words to translate (E.g. the mail ufficiostampa@—.it is translated in officeopress@—.it)

is there any possibility to use even some code to avoid translating certain elements (any possibility to use php or js)? thanks for the help
