Avoid this scammers!

  • I gladly followed the advertisement of woocommerce and paid them 300 usd. After the account setup (I just followed the steps online) google merchant center has blocked my web site. I contacted the Kliken support. They replied that would come back to me as soon as possible. Since that time they stopped answering my emails. I sent the dozens of emails. No reply. I submitted a cancellation request online, again there is no reply. I requested a refund. No reply.
    Then I contacted woocommerce asking them to help me. Only after that Kliken sent me a short message that they will make me a refund. No apologies, nothing

    In totally it took me about one month of unpleasant correspondence and waiting for a refund. Moreover my google merchant account blocked my items to sell.

    I don’t recommend these this company, be careful.

    Hi sergesc. It seems the problem with your campaign stemmed from the fact that Google suspended your ads. I do see where multiple people from our support team attempted to assist you and contact Google on your behalf to try and get a resolution for you. And informed you that even though we typically hear back from Google in 1-3 business days, it could be longer due to the holidays.

    We understand it can be frustrating when your ads are declined and unfortunately Google does not give us details as to why they suspended your campaign. I can assure you our company is not a scam and we do our best to help get customer’s campaigns up and running. Unfortunately, in this circumstance, we were unable to and did issue you a refund as you had stated in your review.
