• Made a purchase 8 or so days ago. Payment went through but never got the email with the license or download links.

    Have tried to reach out to the company numerous times with NO response what so ever.

    Have to file fraud with my CC company.

    Sometimes automated systems break – I get it. But continuing to ignore my requests make this seem more like a scam than anything else.

    I don’t mind the error with their payment system, but I hate their refusal to answer my requests for support to solve it.

    Very sorry to hear about your experience.

    The reason you didn’t receive purchase confirmation emails is because your email hosting provider has blocked us. You will receive a full bounce message report.

    We also don’t ignore any tickets. In fact, this is the first email we have ever received from you. The fact this is the first time you received an auto-reply (which is sent to everyone who contact us) and reacted to it is the best proof for the claim (btw, the auto-reply uses a first name variable, so the incorrect name Rog** is being output by your mailing settings, and this is also something to discuss with your mailing provider).

    Sadly, you’ve submitted a ticket (wrote to our prepurchase email) Friday after hours (you posted this review 10 minutes afterwards), so you were caught up by the weekend (we’re off on the weekends).

    We just started our day, so our agent who handles accounts and purchases will get back to you soon.
