Avoid special chars in file name Media libary

    because we have the issue, that our customers upload images or files which contains specialchars like german umlauts I want to know if there is a way to filter the filename and change it where applicable. So I didn’t run into trouble if I clone the site with e.g. Duplicator for test purposes.

    Because the permalink is also filtered I believe this should be also possible to the filename.

    Hopefully that someone can help me.
