Avoid social buttons in certain page

    This is should be a core function! Being unable to set social ring on a per post / page basis renders all pages to load the scripts despite not being needed at all. Unnecessary performance bumps…

    I’m using Social ring on all posts but not on all pages. I need it on few pages only, so in settings I disabled it for Pages, and manually inserted the shortcode [socialring] on those few pages where I need the sharing buttons. So far so good.

    while deactivating it globally & using the shortcode maybe a solution for some users, it definitely isn’t for me…

    Not all our pages can be controlled from within WordPress and even if we could use the shortcode then setting it on every page we need would be very cumbersome because we’ve got some 100+ pages.
