avoid pop up on image click

I am using the huge IT gallery , when we use as gallery/content pop up option,

1. i want the view more option to be visible even without hovering also.

2. presently when we click on image , a pop up opens with image and description, but i want when we click on image it has to go directly to the customed URL page instead of pop up.
