AVOID! No support whatsoever if you have a problem and no refund

Pluggin seemed to work for a couple of weeks then stopped working on safari. Contacted developer several times asking for help but had no reply. Its now been 3 weeks without a response so going to have to purchase another player. Ive also asked for a refund but again no response. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
